Sunday 30th July

The work party on Sunday evening was attended by Paul, Ruth, Jo Corby, Les, Pam & Jez Richings. The aim was to clear an area of bank, which was a mass of thorny brambles, next to the part of the canal which is blocked by Norfolk Reed. Clearing this area will allow future work parties to pull out the Norfolk Reed itself. It has certainly exposed the scale of the next phase of the task!
