Campanular Persicifolia
Not bad for the second week in December! , a lovely little show of some Campanula persicifolia tucked in a sheltered spot in Beckford Road today in Alderton. Usually out in June into July, a herbaceous perrenial plant that prefers free draining soil and its cup shaped flowers are either lilac-blue or white. Commonly known as 'Bell flowers'. They produce clusters of blooms on flowering stems, from a base rosette.
